Luckily,the superintendent of Chicago’s South Park System,Frank Foster, had a vision.He wanted tomake nature more accessible for everyone in the neighborhoods, including the working class,the poor and immigrants.These parks eventually became the neighborhood parkswe have today, for everyone to enjoy.
